Wellbrook crafted a vibrant members club concept. Positioned at the heart of the local community, bringing together residents, people who work locally and discerning visitors alike. TheClub makes a bold style statement with a dramatic façade that is carried through into the interiors of the Club.  

The ground floor of the club, with a restaurant and glamorous bar is intended to be open to non-members and draw an aspirational clientele.

Club spaces delight and surprise, with opportunities for members to meet, work, eat, drink, dine, relax and recharge physically and mentally. The Club inspires the desire to escape from working from home.

World-class wellness facilities complement those available locally and the Club will also feature luxuriously appointed suites. Memberships structures, perks and benefits, 10 year proforma and sales strategy were all articulated.
