The property was acquired by new ownership and Wellbrook was engaged to stabilize the business following a period of uncertainly, falling revenues and escalating costs.
During a fixed term project Wellbrook recruited a new General Manager, provided last minute task force support to service large pre-booked events and to support overall operations.
A review of all financials took place and recommendations made to bring the business to profitability. A full staffing and organisational structure analysis was provided to ensure both the team and business were set up for success.
Advice was provided on the future strategic positioning of the business, brand and interior design needs.
